Our goal is for each and every customer to be completely satisfied with their TX Proud experience. We will do our very best to resolve any issues and achieve total customer satisfaction within the framework of the following:

Length of Policy

Our return/refund policy is valid for 30 days from the original date of purchase. If there is an issue with your order or an item you received and you do not notify us within 30 days, we cannot gurantee that we will be able to correct the issue.

Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the FIRST STEP in resolving the issue is to notify us by sending an email to txproud1836@gmail.com. Any merchandise returned directly to the manufacturer will not be processed correctly and we will not be able to help you. 

Returns / Exchanges

It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. ALL of our products are made-to-order and we do not hold inventory or stock, so we are not able to process returns/exchanges due to sizing/fit issues. We do our best to help our customers make accurate sizing choices by providing detailed product descriptions and including sizing charts in our product listings if they are available from our vendors.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

If we are able to verify that you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we re-submit the order and send a replacement to you. If you decline to have a replacement sent to you, we will issue store credit equal to half the amount you paid for the item (not including any non-refundable shipping charges).

We cannot process any refunds whatsoever for the following:

 

Cancellations

Please place your order carefully. You must contact us immediately should you wish to cancel your order. Orders are generally submitted for production quickly, and almost always within 24 hours. Once we receive youre cancellation request our customer service staff will try to intercept the order before it goes to production, however, we do not guarantee we will be able to do so.

Shipping

Any shipping fees will be included in your final bill, unless waived due to promotion. Any and all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, TX Proud ships to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.

  1. I received the incorrect item. How can I get my correct order?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at txproud1836@gmail.com. We will ask you to take a picture of the incorrect item for verification purposes. We will then check our records to verify your claim. If we are able to verify that you received an incorrect item, we will get the correct item sent to you. You do not have to return the incorrect item. If you decline to have a replacement sent to you, we will issue store credit equal to half the amount you paid for the item (not including any non-refundable shipping charges).

  1. I received a defective iem. What do I do?

  1. The item I received is a bit small/large. Can I return it or exchange it for a different size?

  1. I entered the wrong address information. Can I still correct it?

Please order carefully. If you need to make changes to your order information, please contact us immediately at txproud1836@gmail.com and we will modify your order if it has not been sent to production yet. Orders are usually sent to production quickly, and almost always within 24 hours from the time they are placed. Once the order is sent to production, we are no longer able to modify or cancel it.

  1. I just made an order but I changed my mind and I'd like to cancel it.

Please order carefully. If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at txproud1836@gmail.com and we will cancel your order if it has not been sent to production yet. Orders are usually sent to production quickly, and almost always within 24 hours from the time they are placed. Once the order is sent to production, we are no longer able to modify or cancel it.

  1. I made an order 3 days ago and since it hasn’t been shipped yet, I'd like to cancel it.

Please know that all of our products are made-to-order. Orders are usually sent to production within 24 hours from the time they are placed. Once the order is sent to production, we are no longer able to modify or cancel it. Please bear in mind that normal production time may take 5-7 business days, but delays may occur during holidays due to high order volume.

  1. What's the ETA of my order?

An ETA can only be provided once your order has been released from production and transferred to the shipping carrier. A tracking number will be provided and you will be notified via email. The current normal production time is 5-7 business days plus 3-5 business days for shipping, but delays may occur during holidays due to high order volume.

  1. I received the shipping notification but I still haven't received my order.

Please contact the shipping carrier to check on your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification that you have received. If the shipping carrier states that your order is lost or missing, please contact customer service at txproud1836@gmail.com and we will try to help locate it for you.
